When we fulfill an order with a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.
Gift cards are a form of payment, they can be used with discount codes.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the point of order.
They are not exchangeable for cash.
They may not be returned.
You must input the voucher code as a form of payment when ordering items - vouchers cannot be retrospectively applied.
Grimble Cents are accrued when the voucher is used to make a purchase, not on the purchase of the gift card.
Note: This is done to prevent cents from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.
Items purchased by gift voucher that are returned will only receive store credit.
Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
